What you get

See what comes back

An example for a fictional shipment-tracking company writing to a logistics lead. Each email scores 100 on the checklist.

Example
Email 1 · Why now100/100

Subject: The new plant and late loads

Hi Maya, Saw you're hiring two logistics coordinators for the new plant. More sites usually means more carriers, and more delays you hear about from customers first. Acme reads updates from 40 carriers directly, so a late load shows up hours before anyone calls. Orders come straight from your ERP, so nobody re-keys them. Worth a look before the plant ramps up? Thanks, Sam

Passes every check.

Email 2 · Their problem100/100

Subject: Hearing about delays from customers?

Hi Maya, Most logistics leads at your size find out a shipment is late when the customer rings, not when the carrier knows. You may know that week well. Acme flags the delay as soon as your carrier updates, across 40 carriers, and you never copy orders out of the ERP. Is this a problem worth fixing this quarter? Thanks, Sam

Passes every check.

Email 3 · Proof100/100

Subject: How Nordwell got Mondays back

Hi Maya, Nordwell, a manufacturer about your size, used to spend Monday mornings chasing carriers for last week's shipments. With Acme reading their carriers directly, their ops lead says the team now starts each week on the few loads that need attention. Your coordinators could do the same at the new plant. Want me to send you the two-page write-up? Thanks, Sam

Passes every check.

Follow-ups

Day 3 follow-up100/100

Subject: Re: The new plant and late loads

Hi Maya, One thing I left out: setup takes an afternoon, using the ERP export you already have. Worth a look? Sam

Passes every check.

Day 7 follow-up100/100

Subject: Close the loop?

Hi Maya, No reply, so late shipments may not be your priority right now. If that changes for you or your new plant, just reply and you'll get the write-up. Sam

Passes every check.

How it works

How the Cold Email Generator works

  1. 01

Say what you sell and to whom

Your offer and the person you're writing to, e.g. a Head of Logistics at a manufacturer.

  2. 02

    Add why now

Optional, but it matters most: a trigger like hiring, funding, a new leader or a new site. Add their likely problem and any proof you have.

  3. 03

    Get three angles

Three first emails, opening with the trigger, their problem and proof. The first one shows straight away.

  4. 04

    Read each email's score

Every email is checked for length, subject length, reading level, one clear ask, you-focus, links, spam words and placeholders.

  5. 05

    Check your own

Paste any email you've written to grade it against the same checklist, without AI.

Questions

Questions about the Cold Email Generator

What it does, what it costs, and how far to trust the result.

01How long should a cold email be?

About 50 to 125 words. Boomerang's study of email replies found that range got the best response rates. Follow-ups can be shorter, around 20 to 75 words.

02What should a cold email ask for?

Interest, not a meeting. Gong's research with 30 Minutes to President's Club found interest-based asks such as "Worth a look?" outperform requests for a specific time, because they're easier to say yes to.

03What makes a good cold email subject line?

Short and plain, like a colleague would write: two to six words, roughly 36 characters or fewer. Avoid clickbait and spam words such as "free", "guarantee" or "act now".

04Why add a reason to write now?

A trigger such as hiring, funding, a new leader or a new site explains why you're writing this week, which makes the email relevant instead of generic. The generator never invents facts about the recipient.

05Can I check an email I've already written?

Yes. Paste it into the checker on this page and it's graded instantly against the same checklist, without AI. Nothing you paste is stored.

06Is the cold email generator free?

Yes, completely free, with no card and no account. The first email and the checker are free straight away; add your name and email to see the other two angles and the follow-ups, also free.
